I am very much looking forward to this school year. This is my sixth year at Weatherford ISD, and the community has made me feel extraordinarily welcome.
I am a lifelong Texan, originally from El Paso, Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of Texas at Arlington, and my Master of Arts Degree in History at Tarleton State University. The history of people, nations, cultures and innovation have always fascinated me. I also find the reciprocal relationship between the earth and its inhabitants to be equally interesting. I am committed to passing my knowledge and passion on to as many Texas students as I can. A few of my interests include: community environmental preservation projects, volunteering for various organizations, traveling and the performing arts.
