All NGC students will need to report to the NGC tomorrow. We will be starting our day at normal time- 8:15am and moving through a modified period schedule of 2nd, 4th, and 6th. Our day will end at the early release time of 12:15pm.

Students will enjoy a day of enrichment activities in the classroom, a lock-down safety drill, as well as our student/faculty dodgeball tournament.

This morning we had a fire alarm go off at our campus. The NGC students and staff evacuated the building following our emergency plan and protocol. The problem was not a fire, but smoke coming from an oven in our cafeteria kitchen area. When discovering the problem, we found burnt cherry cobbler as the culprit. All students and staff are now inside the building continuing on with the school day.


The students and staff did an outstanding job as we evacuated the building. We would like to thank the Weatherford Fire Department and our Student Resource Officer from the Weatherford PD that assisted us to ensure student safety.
